Bort the robot lives alone on Prometheus, a potato-shaped moon in the outer rings of Saturn. Unable to recall his age or the passage of time, Bort spends his days collecting relics of a lost civilization. But when unexpected visitors shatter his solitude, Bort is confronted with memories long buried beneath the ages of moon dust.
